Windows 10 - Windows Defender Couldn't Start

Hello,

Today I restarted my computer and the desktop wasn't responsive for long time.
After it got responsive I got a message saying Windows Defender Service Couldn't Start.

I tried starting it manually and got the following error message:

I tried restarting it again and again and all was the same.
Desktop isn't responsive for a minute or so and then this error.

The error code is 0x800700d8 which gave only something about Microsoft Exchange which I don;t have or not using (Have no Outlook or Outlook account).

I scanned the computer with 2 Anti Virus (Mcafee Stinger and CalmWin) and got nothing.

How can I repair it? Does it have to do with the desktop unresponsive?
