Live Streaming with a Webcam - Best Solutions?

Hey,

I have a client who wants to do some live streaming from a webcam on their site. 24 hours a day.

What are the best solutions? Would prefer something that I can host myself. And not too expensive too.  Hoping for something with HTML5.

It's only going to be the one webcam streaming, with everyone able to watch. Just not sure what the best solution would be. Last time I did something like this was a good ten years ago, where a program took a picture every second, and had it uploaded.

Doing some searching, it seems that some netcams will give you an IP address that you can view the cam from. This could work..

However what are some good netcams that do this? Anyone have any experience with it?
