theme doesn't run properly in windows 10

I followed all the steps on http://www.suck-style.net/p/tutorial-windows-10.html 
I downloaded the theme and installed it. But it doesn't work. It only changed my cursor, some of my icons, and the color of some stuffs. Someone help me please.

Probably not compatible with the November update.

1. System Restore

2. LEAVE IT ALONE!

3. See steps one and two, rinse, and repeat.

4. No more problems.

JT, I hate to tell you brah, but wish in one hand and crap in the other, and see which one fills up faster. You'll have to be patient, and see who has a work around.....sorry, this newest build is just too fresh. (Modders will make it work, don't worry) Just wait a couple of days, John. It'll happen. (paitience is a virtue)

Also check if the theme is for build 10240(RTM) or 10586(November TH2 update), when there is no build info shown at the theme page it's probably for build 10240(RTM). Do NOT use themes meant for build 10240(RTM)  on build 10586(November TH2 update) or the other way around.
