Jazpah Posted January 1, 2004 Share Posted January 1, 2004 Hey I have the folowing problem: When I change the name of "My computer" on my desktop into "[Computer]" it changes back after a couple minutes . :huh: The same with "My network places" and "Recycle bin". kylejn Posted January 2, 2004 Share Posted January 2, 2004 I have (almost) the same problem. I re-name them, but when I restart the computer, they revert back. The weird thing is that it's not every time that they change back after a reboot. Sometimes they stay, sometimes they don't. I changed them yust by Right click -> Rename. I have Autopatcher dec. update so it should work. Before i installed that I couldn't rename te recycle bin but now I can. But not for long...
