OK lets backtrack, I read the "controversial" response and asserted that there is nothing wrong with it and it is nice and hard hitting.

You then started talking about forced sex with goats or something.

Yeah, Muslim man have their sex hardships, no one cares about, seems like. We should slip a note to Dawkins. Do a comparison, in a Dear Muslim letter, using Audioboxer hardships in this thread this time, as parallel.

At this point, I think you are insane.

Hardships? I'm a boss when drunk

At least this topic has gone full circle and can provide a few laughs in what is otherwise a topic, and genuinely serious issues, usually worthwhile of debate.

The law does not distinguish between the sexes, and men can be raped too. By women. And yes, there are cases.

Because I'm aggressively anti-rape? Puhlease. You're abusing the term. This comes from decades of dealing with rape victims and having a wife and daughter.

Yes - it DOES happen, DocM - and it is ALSO why I referred specifically to MIS-application of the law; where such is done on purpose by an officer of the court, it is considered professional misconduct (by any bar association), and you can get your law license revoked (the Duke lacrosse player case, Bill Clinton, etc.)  Rape of males DOES happen (and I'm not referring to homosexual rape, either); if anything, it is socially WORSE for males than it is for females, and I am NOT alone referring to humans.  There are plenty of studies - published ones - involving rape in animal "societies"; for all the talk of "reason", when it gets down to cases, we're not THAT far above animals.

Is probably what a rapist would say :)

I have had sex while intoxicated with a women who was also drinking, so by your and DocM's weird definition I am and also the victim of.

I demand justice! For and against myself.

Consent theory and practice as well as the differences between how men and women are treated is worthy of a topic in and of itself.

You are aware of course that no one is obligated to have sex with you and you are not entitled to have sex if your only qualification is "being human".

Yes sex is used for procreation and also for recreation, but show me where it is written that you are entitled to have sex for any reason.

There are mental and physical consequences for not having sex, but that doesn't mean squat when it comes down it.

So if you are "forced to have sex with animals" as a Muslim (or indeed any) man or you have to get off using sex toys (male or female) then that is your lot in life.

No-one has the right to force another person to have sex, regardless of your reasoning or lack thereof.

Its no better than a child saying "I want an ice-cream mommy" and then upon being told "no" it goes and steals one or the money from its mother's purse to buy one.

I might have overwhelming feelings of "I want to f**k the s**t out of that hot woman over there" but that doesn't matter unless she feels the same.

A woman might have the same thoughts about me, but again, they don't matter if I say "no thanks".

So in answer to your statement about no one caring about Muslim men and their hardships - you are correct as there is nothing to care about.

The game of life can be played without engaging in sexual activity with another (or several) humans.

No matter what Emnity says, leaving sex aside, when you take advantage of a drunk person, the law doesn't absolve you. Why should sex be different, if proved so? Are you two arguing otherwise? You don't know the reality then.

Clever wording to put the drunk person in a victim state. The logic does not follow. You get drunk, you deal with the consequences of willingly impairing your own judgement. Short of someone force feeding you alcohol in my mind it's on you to take care of yourself. If you don't want people to take advantage of you in such a state, don't put yourself in that state. Easy as 1 + 1. Don't get drunk in a public place (especially when alone), you don't get taken advantage of for it.

Or are you saying that because the law doesn't necessarily fall out this way it's somehow justified to be irresponsible? And what if both parties are drunk? Who's at fault then? See how muddy this line of thought gets?

SJWs and male feminists are pretty good at misusing the term rape to try and shut down any discussion of their opinions. They use it similar to the way the right uses terms like "commie". It's just scaremongering.

You bring up a really good point.  There are certain words then when they are thrown out in an argument - all talking stops and you just want to clear the air and say "Hey! I am not a rapist"

Just like you said, a long time ago it would have been "commie".   For most people, being called a "racist" would have the same effect, but that one is so played out - it has practically lost its sting - a true Boy Who Cried Wolf scenario.

No, its blood chemistry 101. Very basically,  X volume of alcohol per Y volume of blood gives a blood level Z. Women generally have a lower total blood volume, which means it takes less X to reach level Z.

The jurisdictions which distinguish are in the minority and disappearing fast, especially in the US.

It's not a matter of betters, it's a matter of law and biology.

Except Z is just a value and does not say if you are "drunk" or not, that's based on tolerance, some people even thoguh tey don't drink have a high tolerance, others can be dead drunk from one beer even if it's a huge guy. so again you're wrong

So that's absolutely opposite of what you claimed earlier.

and we're back to the worng point in point 1. being mentally inhibited "drunk" isn't the same as the legally "drunk". and being mentnally inhibited drunk happens MUCH later than " hey I list fine motor control drunk and i walk funny drunk"

I think it's more of a border thing. I mean, once you're there you're surrounded by nice looking ancient corner pubs everywhere. which is why I can't go to Scotland. I don't like beer :/

There is more and, as expected, outside the current hype, you need to be aware of. Arranged marriages often spell out rape.

Interestingly, I don't think the english language separates arranged marriages from "arranged" marriages. in Norwegian we have two words fro them, "forced marriages" and "arranged marriages". Arranged are common in the more asian parts like India, and there wctually usually isn't any forced part of it. it's just familieis going together and saying " we think you two would be good together". They can chose to try, to just get married or to say no. often the mothers will then look for other suitable partners.  in fact this leads to a lot of long and happy marriages there, and surprisingly they like the system as there's less need for the whole dating a whole bunch of people and all that. it's like an analong online matchmaking service. only run be peopel who actually know you and know what "need".

Forced marriages, which usually happens when they are still children are enitrely different of course.
