Have you paid for a subscription to Neowin but not been upgraded?

Hi all,

 

There was a problem with our 'Donations' add-on that was not processing the payment and applying a subscription, I have already added some manually, but I can't see from the PayPal email address which members have paid and not been upgraded yet. All of the ones that have done a 'recurring' payment have come off the old system and need to contact me so I can upgrade you.

 

If you have paid $14 or $28 to Neowin in the last two months and have not been upgraded to Subscriber, please PM me and include the PayPal email address you used to pay.

 

I will then apply the subscription.

I paid for a subscriber³ sub but it hasn't appeared yet!

I can't tell whether or not my Sub2 ran out. I had a recurring subscription before the upgrade, but don't know if it ran out or what my status is. I assume from my thread here that it expired.

It said I paid for it, but no charge on my VISA/Paypal account O.o
