visual studio 2015 update 2 issues.

sorry, did know where I could post this.

 

not big problems but more complaint then anything.

 

the android sdk that microsoft provides is out of date and has to be ran as admin or it cant download or install anything.

 

and it install a outdated java version.

 

 

 

now intel HAXM wont run in android studio... I dont know. it keeps saying my system doesnt have V-t. which it does. and its enabled.  and I think Hyper V is blocking it.

 

which intel HAXM wasnt that fast anyway. had some lagging issues with it lately. but now it wont running after installing the visual studio update 2

 

edit:

I just googled some and seen that you cant use intel HAXM and hyper v at the same time as one will lock the V-T access from other software....

Google even ships the Android SDK out of date.

 

That said, its easy enough to update. Due to ow I use Visual Studio, I always run it as admin anyway. I was going to mention the hyper-v incompatibility but you already figured it out
