I have hundreds of wallpapers. Maybe thousands. Yet, I've been using the colored Windows "Hero image" since Windows 10 came out. The blue one, but with the four colors. My wife has a folder of anime desktops on her desktop in a folder, and cycles through them.

What I'd like to do is, install a program that looks at all the wallpapers I have. It would be nice if it had a feature to Google Image search anything below my desktop size (1080p) and try to find a better quality image. But I'd like it to let me categorize the images. For each one, click the relevant tags. So maybe one day I want wallpapers with cities, whether they're photographed or drawn. Maybe I want to specify that they be photographs. And then, to be able to make profiles. So all wallpapers that match these tags, rotate every 30 minutes. And save that as a profile with such and such name.

Does anything like that exist? Does anyone use anything like that?
