The only game with a lower rating was the 2002 Rose Bowl When Miami whipped a very undeserving Nebraska team. I mean, you figure they would be able to get better TV announces for the NATIONAL TITLE GAME. My ears felt like they were bleeding from the garbage that came out of their mouths during the game.
