Ever since the referendum I've been watching Scottish people give up all their pride and go on a global temper tantrum. I don't know what happened to scottland but it's now entirely occupied by women. Nope, still totally lost here. We're talking about some wristbands that have the aim of changing a cultural belief, and you're harping on about Scotland and Scottish people which is completely unrelated to this thread. You need to lay off the drugs/alcohol man.
T3X4S
On 7/1/2016 at 8:27 AM, Nik L (No longer active) said: I was going to write a glib "How will a wristband stop this" type response - it won't help the victim and it won't bother the attacker... But then again - the point of these programmes is not to reach either of those people. It's to reach the populace, to adjust the mindset of what the mass feel is acceptable and unacceptable. The more of the mass that feel this is unacceptable, the more will stand up for the victim or against the attacker should they see it. It's about adjusting cultural norms, cultural tolerances to such things. Now, I'm not a hypocrite, and I accept that in many cases I will argue against those who seek to badmouth immigrants and some of our predominantly Muslim friends. But, I can stand down when needed, and will accept that from an observer's standpoint (and I say this as a DJ who see's it as part of his duty to keep an eye on the dancefloor and work alongside the security), I do see more of the blatant forms of groping and so on from the identified groups. It's not a nice thing to say, it's certainly not politically correct and it's not damning an entire community - just what I personally have observed. Nik - You say "it's certainly not politically correct" So, Im curious. What would the politically correct way to express what you see on the dance floor if security asked you what you observe ? I am not trying to get you into a corner, I just have no idea what that way would be. If its true - how can it be wrong ? Or am I so out of touch with reality, I need to go back to kicking puppies in my basement ?I saw one around here earlier that needed to be kicked - was whining about food, something or other, or wanting to go in the backyard ... something or other ... where is that little $%^&* ? FWIW - We dont have basements in Texas
Morisato
This is perfect. Combine this wristband with these how-to instructions from this Finnish ad and you'll be completely protected from migrant/refugee rape attacks. If all else fails, why not follow a guide from Germany and how they can teach these migrants non-rape ways to get to your women. And some say the rape epidemic isn't real. http://newobserveronline.com/german-govt-promotes-interracial-sex/ Edited July 4, 2016 by Morisato

Actually, it has. Women in Saudi can now hold a job AND drive a car thanks to their current King's progressive attitudes. Pretty soon now they'll be able to answer back to their husbands without getting beaten and raped! As someone that knows someone in saudi, just because they say it's changed doesn't mean it has changed. I know a female driver that was followed home by a security guard and had her husband told she should not be driving on the roads putting it down to apparently not stopping at a stop sign. The same thing happened a day later with the same security guard to another female relative with the same stop sign and she definitely stopped at that sign then because the person that previously got stopped pointed it out. So no, their culture has not changed.
FloatingFatMan
Ah, but the -laws- are changing, otherwise she'd have been arrested on the spot and flogged. It takes generations to change the attitudes of a culture, so at least the current king is trying.
