That's such an unhelpful comment and the sort I'm getting fed up with.

Yes, I agree. You see some people are so uncreative.

I like to make my computer look many different styles, especially the newer bose styles.

For elegant mac ports, I highly advise Kol's mods. They are available at www.studiotwentyeight.net ; also if you go to www.macthink.net look for a panther port by Kso. The whole site is written in Spanish, so go to descargas to find the VS.

Why would you want to make your computer look like a mac?? If you want a friggin mac, go BUY A FRIGGIN MAC!!!

Because I like the way the mac looks, but I prefer USING windows, using the windows only software that I use, upgrading my PC instead of buying a new mac and so on. Basically, beyond looks, there isn't jack about a mac that attracts my attention, so instead of using a mac and sacrificing many things I enjoy just for looks, I make windows look like one. How you find that illogical is far beyond me.

there's lots of stuff you can use...windowblinds has themes that make the caption buttons go to the left, etc while visual styles just change the way it looks and not the positioning...objectbar acts as the toolbar at the top and most of its themes remove the menus to the toolbar like in a mac...and as for a dock i would use objectdock..if you're using firebird, there's a theme that looks like safari. and as for icons, there's a lot at iceman's page...as for itunes, there's the actual itunes or a qcd player that looks just like it.. shadows, you can use yz shadow...i can probably get you anything to make windows look like a mac except the paid for stuff..i've been at that stage before :p

A lot of Windows users who want their desktops to "look like Mac's", don't actually want all the elements of the Mac OS interface, just the graphics. I myself wouldn't mind Mac OS X style buttons, colors, etc., but I certainly would not want to have to switch back to an application-based interface such as that of OS X.
