Easy way to circle-crop photos of faces?

Question

I run an e-mail newsletter at work.

Along the bottom, I want a "meet the team" banner (around 100px in height).

I want the banner to contain 5x 75x75px circle images, each with a team member's face inside.

What's the easiest way for me to accomplish the crops?

Just as a one-off.

I was hoping there was an online tool but I couldn't find that that offered a circle-crop.

Photoshop (Essentials), GIMP, Paint.net - all will offer this feature :)

Personally... I'd create a template of the banner in Photoshop with the 4 "holes" for the faces cut out with the photos of the people visible through, then you could re-use it should you need to change a face later.
