It's probably a joke.

 

But if true... I'd love to know what this "similar" car is.  The Presidential limo "The Beast" is a custom-made vehicle... basically a commercial truck chassis with some Cadillac bodywork grafted on.  I can't imagine there's anything available that is similar in size and scope to the Beast.
