Agreed with Richard above but if your really concerned I'd ask her, I'm sure she would be less offended by you asking her rather than taking a guess and getting it wrong and then her either having to correct you OR just deal with it silently.

Yeah, either "SER-sha" or "SEER-sha". Apparently it's an Irish name, meaning "freedom".

As Skiver says, usually it's not too much of an issue for someone to be asked how to pronounce their name. Just be polite!
