Change taskbar tray "arrow" icon

Hello guys and girls,

 

I need some help to change the arrow on the tray area of the taskbar. I searched the internet and tried some apps but had no success (None of them has option to change this icon).

I'm using Windows 10 x64.
Any help is appreciated!

It's part of the msstyles C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\aero\aero.msstyles or any other custom msstyles file of a theme.

You can edit msstyles files with https://www.vistastylebuilder.com/index.html. Yes the site looks outdated and the forum looks like a ghost town but as far I remember it's supporting the latest non insider build of windows 10 and windows 8, 7, & vista.

Thank you for the information. This program is pretty expensive though...
