keysteele Posted September 28, 2016 Share Posted September 28, 2016 My one of laptops was having hardware issues, so it hasn't been online for a minute. I recently had it fixed , it's on build 14372 and I'm trying to update it now , it's failing , during install it says "returning to previous build". Now in update status I have 2 updates, Windows 10 IP 14931 and Feature update to Windows 10, version 1607. Will these conflict with each other? Could this be why it's failing? I want to update it before the current build expires which is Oct 1.
