Change Windows 10 (build 1607 (14393.321)) ugly white titlebar color to gray

Hi guys!

I'm trying to change Windows 10 (build 1607 (14393.321)) ugly white titlebar color to gray, but unsuccessful. Please help me to do it.

 

So I change AccentColor and ColorPrelevance parameters in Regedit:

After injection into Regedit titlebar color is changes to my special color, but titlebar text color is white and unreadable.

 

Also in some dialog windows titlebar text have correct color:

 

 

 

 

 

Anybody knows any way to change Text Color to black in Explorer?
