I found this online and tested it on LTSB 2016. This script adds the Windows Store application (but no other apps) into LTSB 2016. Useful if you still need one or two store apps but don't want the upgrade hell of current branch.

Here is a quick and dirty logon script to deploy this via powershell

A nice feature but most people use LTSB to avoid Apps.
