After two days, no Insider build offered for VM in Fast Ring?

I set up a preinstalled Windows 10 Hyper-V VM from Microsoft which also activated using "a digital license" from my Microsoft account. It is currently on build 14393.576 which is latest production update, the build from Microsoft was 1607 with updates till November, so it also successfully installed some Cumulative Updates to get to where it is now, on Tuesday evening I enrolled in Insider previews and set it to the Fast ring, and now this morning I am still not getting 14986.1001 offered.

 

What gives? It is past the 24 hours it usually takes to be enrolled, or switch rings. Just wondering if anyone else has experience with Insider builds in a VM and can help me out.
