firefox Download certain file types to seperate folders

I am hoping there's a way to do this: I want to when I download say an image, to have Firefox download it to a different location then my general downloads go into. (I,E, a folder named images) I can not seem to figure any way of doing this without having firefox ask each time where to save the files, and even then it does not remember if I tell it to save JPG to images but PDF to downloads.
