Why is Prepared the TPM greyed out? Does that mean I don't have a TPM chip? If so why are the other commands available?

It says the TPM is ready for use. I think you need to go to the BitLocker settings, not the TPM mmc. Control Panel -> BitLocker. The wizard will configure the TPM chip.

Thanks for the replys guys. I was able to find online chat support with ASUS. I gave them my laptop's serial number and they were able to tell me that it does not come with a TPM chip. But I told them how the TPM 2.0 comes up in Device Manager. So they guy put in a ticket to get an answer and they'd email me with why it's showing up in Device Manager and TPM.MSC but not in the bios and according to the serial number it doesn't have one. When they get back to me I'll be sure to post what they find out. Maybe it'll be of some help to someone else experiencing the same issue as me? Thanks again!

Which CPU do you have? Most new Intel CPUs have a TPM built in that you can turn on. I'm sure this is what you're seeing due to it being a TPM 2.0 (very few of those are on sale standalone). If so, you have an actual TPM that you can leverage and use...

If you enable "Intel Trusted Computing" you'll enable the CPU's built in TPM if it has one. You can cross check ARK by seeing if your chip supports Intel Trusted Computing.

Here's what it has I copied it off the Amazon page, 6th-generation Intel Core i7-6500U 2.5GHz (Turbo up to 3.1GHz). Skylake .

What you say makes sense. But then why wouldn't it show up in the BIOS?

Thanks for the reply!
