My Lumia 520 is dead. But I think it still has some sign of life in it. I used it for 4 years, the volume up button broke, the power button needs more force to press, some where of the screen is not responsive. One day I turn it off and it can't turn on, even if I charge it, nothing on the screen, I think it's dead but I don't believe it. So, can anyone tell me how to revive it or fix it

As long as it's not hardware failure, try the Windows 10 Phone Recovery Tool.

Try a hard reset

http://www.hardreset.info/devices/nokia/nokia-lumia-520/

1. First of all, power off the phone by using the Power button.

2. In the next step press and hold the Power key for a short moment.

3. Release the Power button as soon as phone vibrates and start holding Volume Down key.

4. When the exclamtion mark appears on the screen release held key.

5. Afterwards use the following sequence of buttons: Volume Up - > Volume Down - > Power - > Volume Down.

May have to see if you can find someone with a windows computer / laptop that can run the Recovery Tool :(

(Edit) Maybe pull the battery, if it's note removable, let it drain to Zero, then recharge?

Sounds like multiple hardware issues.

Check battery contacts and verify that the battery can be charged.
