Found this out from "On Microsoft": Microsoft Edge full screen mode: It Turns out it’s as simple as hitting the Shift, Windows, and Enter keys all at once on the keyboard.

The fact it's not talked about and is a weird 3-button combo, makes me think that it's something they're working on for UWP and just isn't ready in general?
