Redestium
Awesome, using it now. (Y) Edit: I would love to see a Trillian Skin to match. Edited February 9, 2004 by Mav Phoenix Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/133323-vs-wb4-velvet-waves/page/2/#findComment-1710899 Share on other sites
Redestium
Ok, ready? I'm about to be ultra picky, lol. :p What is that speck there next to the vertical line? This comes from the status bar in Outlook 2003. Also is there any chance of changing the clock text color to white? It'd be a little easier to read. Marvelous skin, just flows together so nicely. :) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/133323-vs-wb4-velvet-waves/page/2/#findComment-1711002 Share on other sites
Sidespike
I got the update and updated from the old version and I must say much improved. Thanks for an awsome skin. SkinStudio
Yeah, tried that many time over, same results - .tga with black background. Tried both bringing in as a .png via SS and using a proper .tga all using the latest betas of SS. However, I'm happy with the way this has turned out. If I get .tga to work in the titlebar then I may add a slight glow to the indicators. Titlebar buttons cannot use per pixel translucency (32-bit TGA's). OmART
You should put the BeOS toolbars on toolbar icons at wincustomize as standalone :ninja: cause they are cool Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/133323-vs-wb4-velvet-waves/page/2/#findComment-584459072 Share on other sites

+Woodbridge Subscriber² Posted September 14, 2004 Author Subscriber² Share Posted September 14, 2004 Updated again! This version REQUIRES the latest version of Windowblinds - thats version 4.40. Otherwise tthe shellstyle will look very bad. I've updated the preview in the first page. Its not up on Wincustomise right now, its awaitng approval, but it will be up shortly. The download links are on the the first page as well. **updated 14 Sep 04** New Changed the taskbar clock's shadow colour to be less 'bright' (preview still shows the bright shadows) Using new advanced ShellStyles from Windowsblinds 4.4. ShellStyles are now 100% accurate to ThemeNorth's mmstyle. IMPORTANT - REQUIRES THE LATEST VERSION OF WINDOWBLINDS!!!! jardragon901
If there would be a version for us top-taskbar users it would be perfect, right now the flow is broken if you have a top taskbar :(. jardragon901
When you have your taskbar at the top of your screen (i.e. former Mac user here), the startbutton's wave no longer matches the theme as it sort of flows onto the startbar when it on the bottom of the screen. +Woodbridge Subscriber² Posted September 16, 2004 Author Subscriber² Share Posted September 16, 2004 I see what you mean. Sadly, I don't think turning the startmenu upside down is an option. javagreen
I have windowblinds 4.4 Installed, but the Start menu craps out and the shell style is non-existant.
