altus Posted January 19, 2004 Share Posted January 19, 2004 do you get refunded for cancelled orders? They don't charge your card until your order ships. They only put through an authorization for the total amount of purchase. In other words, whenever you buy stuff, they "reserve" the money on your card. This authorization usually expires within 24-48 hours, so you should see your money back soon. We could even post something on the front page of neowin and that will force them to comply with their prices and not disatisfy new or current customers!! also i am looking into my state laws now...
