I think it only goes as high as 25 years of service and recently someone hit 30 years and got nothing yep 15yr you get £150 voucher and another days leave and 25yr service is a £500 voucher. our annual salary is always above inflation, with a double % increase if you go above and beyond, I got 5% this year (rest got 2.5%) in 10yrs my salary has basically doubled without any proper promotion as such.
