How to import CSV file contact list into Windows 10 Mail App

Folks have an AOL email account that I imported into the Windows 10 Mail app for them. When they want to send an email and click on the contacts icon it says there are no contacts. I guess I have to import their AOL email contact list but I can't find anywhere in the app settings where you can import a CSV file of their contacts.

 

Am I missing something or is there a different way I have to do it?

Try going to https://people.live.com/import and login with the Microsoft account. There should then be an "other" tab that you can import the CSV. This will then sync with the Windows People App and this ties in with the Windows Mail app. What a pain.
