Fall Creators Update build 16281 not turning off screen in locked state

I have decided to get back in the Fast ring, and after locking my PC last night, came down this morning and saw the lock screen was still on, normally the screens go off after  a few minutes when I lock the PC, so wondering if this is a bug or a new "feature"?
