Would be nice if we knew which case you were talking about... Some can house an ATX, some can't...

I believe OP is asking for a recommendation.

@Gotenks98what GPU are you wanting to use? This case, https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811163260, fits expansion cards up to 12.2". Same with this case, https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811163257.

Exactly. I am looking for recommendations. I have not picked out anything as of yet. This will be a starter HTPC system. Once I get more funds I will do some major upgrades.

Just wanted to know if anyone come across an HTPC case that can fit a mid ATX size motherboard, standard desktop power supply and full size PCI-E graphics card? I am trying to reuse as much as I can from an old system I upgraded from to build the HTPC.

Have you seen Thermaltake Core V21? It accepts Micro ATX based motherboards (Big Square)

From personal experience, it's not worth it.

After you've done your prep work and got some luck everything will fit just fine, until you miss by a bare fraction of an inch on the last part that you were going to insert.

If you have a mid atx board then that is your common denominator and you should try to find a compatible case for it.

Hello,

Have you looked into any of SilverStone's Grandia Series of PC cases?  There are a number of those which support ATX motherboards and 12 inch/300mm+ video cards.

This is just what I am looking for. It will fit in my entertainment center shelves.
