+Zagadka Subscriber² Posted October 21, 2017 Subscriber² Share Posted October 21, 2017 So I periodically stick my head up from my playlists and look for new music. I usually use and have had good success with Pandora, but everyone keeps telling me to use Spotify (now that Groove has been euthanized). Don't really get it as far as entering a few musicians and streaming related content/stations like Pandora does. The "recommended" portion of Spotify seems less than extensive to me. Nick H. Supervisor Posted October 21, 2017 Supervisor Share Posted October 21, 2017 I'm not sure if it is the best because I haven't used it for a long time, but I used to use last.fm a few years back to find new music. I've got a few recommendations for you: soundcloud.com; Internet radio stations such as shoutcast.com; music stores focusing on your favourite genre; beatport.com or junodownload.com for electronic music or Google Play Music for all. Good luck! Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1345878-best-service-to-find-related-music/#findComment-598185464 Share on other sites
Bryan R.
I've been using Spotify. You can create a "radio station" based on any one song or artist and go from there adding the ones you like to one of your playlists. You can then take that or any playlist and at the end, it gives you recommended songs based on the playlist which can be refreshed. Skyfrog
I can't say what the best is but I have been using Spotify and it seems to work fairly well. I'm sure there are plenty of others though.
