Sean B. Veteran Posted October 22, 2017 Veteran Share Posted October 22, 2017 Came across a Dell Optiplex 9010 All in One that was going to be recycled in the trash compactor and I decided to give it a second chance. Attached is the stand that the company claimed had originally shipped with the machine. I'm assuming there is some sort of stand plate that is missing from the back of the machine or this isn't the original stand that shipped with it due to it looking like one of Dell's Quick Connect stands that are for flat panel monitors. What am I missing to get the stand attached to the machine? Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1345976-dell-optiplex-9010-aio-stand/ Share on other sites
Jim K Global Moderator Posted October 22, 2017 Global Moderator Share Posted October 22, 2017 Not the right stand. That stand would be for a monitor (dunno which model) ... the stand that goes on the AIO 9010 has four screws. You can see it on the user manual ... page 12 http://downloads.dell.com/manuals/all-products/esuprt_desktop/esuprt_optiplex_desktop/optiplex-9010-aio_owner's manual_en-us.pdf Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1345976-dell-optiplex-9010-aio-stand/#findComment-598073234 Share on other sites
AStaUK
Ditto, definitely not the right stand. The link below would appear to be the type of stand you are looking for with some type of plastic cover. Otherwise you could try using a VESA 100 compatible stand but that would perhaps look out of place? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-Dell-Optiplex-23-9010-Inspiron-2330-Stand-Base-Silver-9M6YB-09M6YB/263194833781?_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIM.MBE%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D46150%26meid%3Dc7f82a2d2e0040e3914a0f9f7c1b7445%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D322821939344&_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851 Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1345976-dell-optiplex-9010-aio-stand/#findComment-598073238 Share on other sites
