This PC HDD missing icons

Anyone any idea how to get my HDD icons back ?

They've been missing for a week or so... I did run sfc but did not seem to have fixed the issue.

Not sure if it'll help, but try navigating to (file explorer or start) User>> App Data>> Local > IconCache.. Deleting that to recycle bin (just in case) and rebooting?

Might rebuild the icons, if not, you can always restore it.

Another option would be to right click it's properties and see if there's an option to change the icon from there, then rebooting to fully refresh the icons

Seems to do the trick. pesky insider builds issues.. oh well
