Malware bytes' real time protection will not stay on

I am using Malware Bytes Pro 3.3.1 and just today it has decided that the real time protection options will not turn on, they turn off as soon as I turn them on. I have restarted the program and Windows. I know this was an issue with a previous version of the program, but I have never had this issue until today.

I seem to remember this being one of the first  issues with the new Windows Defender from the FCU.
