Windows 10 notifications abbreviated, how to show complete path?

Recommended Posts

I've turned on protected folders with the new windows update, and i've been getting the block messages, but i'm not sure what the path to the file in that is being blocked.  (so i can whitelist it)

This was the update for teamviewer so it was easy, but sometimes it's a random program trying to do something, so i have no idea where to find it.

This is what i get in notifications, how do i see the full path to the file?

i've tried searching, but the terms are so generic that i get nowhere.   :/

Maybe a long shot but double check the Defender event log?

To view a Windows Defender AV event

Open Event Viewer.

In the console tree, expand Applications and Services Logs, then Microsoft, then Windows, then Windows Defender Antivirus.

Double-click on Operational.

In the details pane, view the list of individual events to find your event.

Click the event to see specific details about an event in the lower pane, under the General and Details tabs.
