Seriously, this really annoys me at the moment. First off, even if you register on a job site (like indeed.co.uk, for example) you still need to register for the individual job's site. Then just like it says above, they ask you to upload your CV, then they ask you a series of questions that are answered from within your CV. My mum has heard me huffing and grumbling these past few weeks about this, and when I explained it to her she said, "well that's just the way it is, I suppose." No, that's not the point! These things were supposed to simplify the process, not add more unnecessary paperwork!
