I learned that lesson a long time ago. Much longer then I learned not to post on public Facebook at all 

 

But now if I post it is private groups of a simple profile pic update so people can find me to connect and chat.

 

Messenger is Ok as it is private.  More then wall post of Instagram story or pics... Public posts are either for money making - getting something done that you could not do otherwise - or, most of the time, people showing off their amazing life to strangers... Lol

 

And amazing was /s... Since most people show only 1% of ###### that happens in their life.

 

At least private groups connect you go the stuff you really want to talk and hear about....

 

Your Facebook friends connect you to pictures of them going out or with their kids and a lot of it is totally unnecessary
