I keep telling myself I just feel older than I am...then I deal with things like this and go, "...nope." I think it first happened when I had to explain to a friend's kids that there was such a thing as Pokemon Red and Blue, and they didn't believe me...

You could make it up, because it's mostly not true. You don't go to prison for not paying the TV license fee, and prisoners do have to pay for the privilege of having their own TV. Additionally Crown departments/organisations (which covers most prisons) are exempted from the license requirement.
