Going by the pictures of the Gas 80.2 amp, it appears to have a pair of inputs and outputs: http://www.gascaraudio.com/produkter/pro-80-2?lang=en I'm not overly confident that it would solve a grounding issue, but it's worth a shot. You would go from your head unit to the gas input, from the gas output to the pioneer. No special adapters needed, just 2 sets of rca plugs. Both are rated for 4 ohms. Do not bridge two 4 ohm speakers, you can bridge two 8 ohm speakers. The line out negates the need to use a splitter on a multi amp configuration. I used to work for AutoElectra Edit I see this has already been suggested... On that, they're trying to get out of giving a refund, but if you're prepared to just swap it, cool. Short of that I would never recommend anyone putting their radios in their cars. Waste of time and effort.
