Terminal weirdness

Hello & good day!

I've become accustomed to using saved terminal window groups, as in I open Terminal.app and it launches four windows with specific commands (I do this by opening terminal > Window > Save Windows as Group and checking in both options). Here's the weird part - one computer running High Sierra does this perfectly, as in launches the windows together with commands, yet the other one only opens terminal windows without commands (I have deleted, redeleted, saved and saved again the window group). Maybe someone can shed some light on what I am doing wrong. Basically it acts as if I didn't check the "Restore all commands" checkbox. What do I do?
