Drone view of the Cocoa FL Starship site.

Note the large structure being built. A different design than the triangular structure at Boca Chica, it may be a vertical hangar & outfitting facility.

Initial Starship landings at LZ-1

Initial Super Heavy landings on ASDS.

Initial vertical integration by mobile crane, with a permanent crane coming later.

30+ meter high launch platform + cooled flame diverter, no trench.

Starship propellant mass has has grown from 1,100 metric tonnes to 1,500 metric tonnes (per EIS.)

As much as I love falcon heavy. At the rate of development for starship it makes total sense that it was never going to be human rated and has basically been put on the back burner as a stop gap for heavier lifts until starship is ready.
