SpaceX’s Starship spacecraft and Super Heavy rocket – collectively referred to as Starship – represent a fully reusable transportation system designed to carry both crew and cargo to Earth orbit, the Moon, Mars and beyond. Starship will be the world’s most powerful launch vehicle ever developed, with the ability to carry up to 150 metric tonnes to Earth orbit reusable, and up to 250 metric tonnes expendable

More in reusable mode to LEO than SLS block 3.

TLI and TMI would be interesting, I know its not really designed for that.

In terms of missions it's all what their customer wants. If SpaceX is their own  customer all bets are off and anything is possible, even probable.

Elon might decide to land a Cybertruck on one of the Jovian moons, a Tesla Optimus robot in a Polaris EVA spacesuit driving it around 🤪

And the VIP parade has started. NASA will be there because of the Artemis HLS lunar lander, and the President of Indonesia was there today because he's negotiating a raw materials contract for Tesla. He also wants a  Tesla factory.
