All you need is a MacOS QT theme for the title bars (can download and install directly from OS with the theme settings), install latte dock, and hide or remove the plasma application launcher and bar. Would take about 20 minutes if you were causally doing it. Gives a nice clean look. fusi0n 1 Share

Nowhere did I say it was simple. Refer back to that thread. I was referring to you with it taking 20 minutes because I thought you were familiar with GNU/Linux. My bad. fusi0n 1 Share

I'm running glava, that's the sound visualizer you see at the bottom. I had my config messed up, that's why it isn't on the whole screen. It's really cool, https://www.linuxuprising.com/2018/11/embed-audio-visualizer-on-your-linux.html KDE is can be pretty bloated, but I need something that I could adjust to everyday. I'm going to check out some of the others, but just wanted something that I could use quick. I've used Linux off and on for the last 20 years it seems. I've tried switching full time, but ended up going back to windows. This time, I'm more serious about it since gaming has come a long way. I actually don't have a Windows partition/drive anymore. I've been Windows free for over a week and haven't looked back. allannyholm and adrynalyne 2 Share
Mindovermaster Global Moderator Posted July 26, 2019 Global Moderator Share Posted July 26, 2019 Recently moved away from Mint, and went with ArcoLinux, based off Arch. Has a simple installer, too.

Syanide
Wallpaper from The Verge. I haven't played with Linux since about 2011 or 12. Got a Raspberry Pi 4 to play around with, and decided to do something different with it, minimal raspbian install and building pretty much everything from scratch with a tiling window manager, which I've never done before. I forgot what a weird mix of fun and frustration tweaking everything is. I now have a very barebones setup, so I plan on using it for some coding projects, and I'll try not do jump to another distro every other week, like I used to before.
