So many tools & apps, so many accounts.... how to manages these in one app?

Maybe you guys know this scenario:

You have different accounts (work, private, maybe some freelancing etc etc).

But one app (like Team, Skype, Zoom Office etc etc) and each of these account must have access to these...

 

How can you add multiple accounts - whilst maintaining the overview - on & in one app, like e.e. Team, Zooms etc.

I currently sign and out with each different account, but isn't there some 'acccount manager' for these apps, or a simpler way to handle this?

 

Sure, you can have multiple accounts/users on your Windows machines? Is a "New Desktop" on one logged in (default) user an alternative to this 'mess'? Or is there a better/more simple way to tackle this?

are we talking desktop or mobile?

 

as far as I'm aware the app itself would need to support multiple sign on functionality.

On desktop you can kind of get around that with portable versions of certain apps or with VMs but nothing that I'm aware of on mobile. (android does support multiple phone profiles but I've never tested if this allows different sign ons to apps)
