Luxus cursors for Windows

Hi,

macOS cursors are in my gallery there too should you want.

I've gotten a request to look into making the cursors(main arrow) a bit smaller. I await response on that elsewhere.. Is that the desire here also? it's only a couple of pixels height and width wise.
Look at the attached images and comment 😄

Why I read it as "Linux cursors on Windows", I have no idea. But can you possibly port some cursors from systems like Kubuntu, Pop OS!, Manjaro and so on?

I've written up a wiki here: Mousecape wiki section to help you do that yourself. 

Basically using CursorCreate and such..
