+Raze Subscriber² Posted November 19, 2021 Subscriber² Share Posted November 19, 2021 No matter the verdict, the country will continue to be polarized and this just adds fuel to the fire. The judge seemed pretty normal for the Midwest; faced with repeated nonsense by said prosecutor, MSNBC, the video quality issue, and other BS he brought down Lucifer's Hammer. We have a bunch of him in MI and they aren't all "white"; Black, White, Middle Eastern, Asian, liberal or conservative - you don't screw with 'em. On at least one police form it states Rittenhouse is Hispanic. The guys he shot were all white, and Rosenblum was on lifetime probation after 11 charges of diddling little boys in Arizona. Bad guy. wakjak, SecretAgentMan and Nogib 1 2 Share

People should be asking themselves why citizens need to be wandering around town with semi automatic rifles in the first place. Looting and violence in the name of peaceful protest is wrong, but that is what law enforcement (or the National Guard if things truly get out of hand) is for, but no lets leave it to kids to deal out justice through the barrel of a gun. Rittenhouse is legally not allowed to drink alcohol because he is not considered adult enough in the eyes of the law, but it's cool with owning and using deadly force with a automatic weapon? Okayy. The US is the last bastion of freedom. The US falls, the ENTIRE world falls. We are a nation of laws, not emotions. The founders all had been living under the crown of the UK or other various monarchies back in the day. They knew, how oppressive monarchies could be. centralized power, they knew was bad. So they established a form of government whereby a "bottom-up" approach. The town or city has the vast majority of power as opposed to the federal government. So despite everything else, our Constitution is LIMITATION on the federal governments power period. As to walking around with guns, in order to own an Automatic firearm, you need a Federal Firearm licence for that. Sorry to say, even in the days of this nations beginning, everybody owned military grade weapons too. ATLien_0
This was a a very tough trial to judge. I honestly thought that there would be a mistrial, just on bias alone. Kyle should not have put himself in that position, nor do I feel it's "self defence" when your the one with a gun and the others aren't . But it's also very easy to argue that the protesters put themselves in a bad situation as well . I still believe there should be at least some form of punishment on Kyle That twisted Wisconsin law is what got Kyle free, on the whole thing of a short barrel rifle +primortal, +Raze and SecretAgentMan 3 Share

One of them had an illegally carried Glock, presumably a 9mm but .40's are also popular in the region. As far as "weapon" in the legal sense, most anything can be if it's used that way. A skateboard used as a melee weapon is definitely deadly. On 19/11/2021 at 15:01, ATLien_0 said: But it's also very easy to argue that the protesters put themselves in a bad situation as well . Given open carry requires no concealed weapon permit in WI (and many other states including MI)... Jury makeup (randomly picked by lot), 7 women 5 men 1 person of color Verdict: 12-0.
