A gun illegally purchased for him by a friend, because why? Oh right, he wasn't old enough to legally own a firearm.

No matter the verdict, the country will continue to be polarized and this just adds fuel to the fire.  The jury has spoken, I'll respect their verdict.  I hope everyone can.

Sad thing is that he will be paraded around as a hero by the so-called christian party who has grown more violent every passing year and believes in "pro-life" and "5th commandment" for killing 2 men and getting away with it.

The prosecutor's actions were a dumpster fire. He needs to go.

 

The judge seemed pretty normal for the Midwest; faced with repeated nonsense by said prosecutor, MSNBC, the video quality issue, and other BS he brought down Lucifer's Hammer. 

 

We have a bunch of him in MI and they aren't all "white"; Black, White, Middle Eastern, Asian, liberal or conservative - you don't screw with 'em.

On at least one police form it states Rittenhouse is Hispanic.

 

The guys he shot were all white, and Rosenblum was on lifetime probation after 11 charges of diddling little boys in Arizona. Bad guy.

has the vast majority of power as opposed to the federal government. So despite everything else, our Constitution is LIMITATION on the federal governments power period.

 

As to walking around with guns, in order to own an Automatic firearm, you need a Federal Firearm licence for that. Sorry to say, even in the days of this nations beginning, everybody owned military grade weapons too.

This was a a very tough trial to judge.  I honestly thought that there would be a mistrial, just on bias alone. 

 

Kyle should not have put himself in that position, nor do I feel it's "self defence" when your the one with a gun and the others aren't . 

But it's also very easy to argue that the protesters put themselves in a bad situation as well . 

I still believe there should be at least some form of punishment on Kyle

 

That twisted Wisconsin law is what got Kyle free,  on the whole thing of a short barrel rifle

One of them had an illegally carried Glock, presumably a 9mm but .40's are also popular in the region.

 

As far as "weapon" in the legal sense, most anything can be if it's used that way. A skateboard used as a melee weapon is definitely deadly.

There's a fine line between a short-barreled rifle and a long barreled pistol and some weapons cut right to the edge.

 

Given open carry requires no concealed weapon permit in WI (and many other states including MI)...

Verdict: 12-0.

i might be completely wrong here, but wasnt he being shot at prior to him killing those people?
