XP 13 9343 Question Mark key not working

Hi all!

All of a sudden, my question mark key on the XPS 13 9343 (2015) version doesn't work.

I usually use an external keyboard so I don't recognize when the "question mark and slash key" button stopped working, but now that I unhooked it from my external keyboard I finally noticed it.

I took the caps off and realized that the functioning keys next to it all have this centre ring of light, but the broken key doesn't. Is that a sign that it's good time to replace my keyboard (question)

 

I'm put some pressure on it to see if it works, but no dice.

I also removed the keyboard drivers from device management, but the key light doesn't come on either.

Is there anything else I should try before buying a new keyboard replacement (question)
