+Warwagon MVC Posted September 29, 2020 MVC Share Posted September 29, 2020 After installing iOS14, I was trying to use iVMS to view my security camera on my iPhone and I couldn't get it to see the camera. Then I was listening to security now and heard Steve Gibson talking about new feature of 14 which restricts Lan access. When hearing that I thought ... THAT's why it couldn't connect. So, for anyone else having issue with an app accessing stuff on the LAN you need to give the app permission. Settings / Permission / Local Network / then flip the switch next to the app in question. BOOM! Hope that helps someone else too.
