techbeck
Looking for a cheap, possibly free, alternative to Quickbooks. Would like a PC/desktop app. Something just to keep track of basic funds. Ideas? Thanks Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1400907-quickbooks-alternative/ Share on other sites

0 Nick H. Supervisor Posted October 4, 2020 Supervisor Share Posted October 4, 2020 While I haven't used it myself, I've heard great things about Mint. While there doesn't seem to be a desktop app I would consider that to be a bonus, as it means it doesn't matter which OS you are running you will still be able to access your account from any OS as long as you have an Internet connection. It also has a phone app that you can install. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1400907-quickbooks-alternative/#findComment-598589313 Share on other sites

I like it. Was able to export my QIF file from Quicken and import keeping all my past info. Was worried I would have to start a new database.
