[VS] Luna

Recommended Posts

Chances are if we wanted to submit it we'd have to consult one of the people in charge of it. But I reckon we could squeeze in.

Of course, it'd mean we'd need to add ****eload of new features to it (because WindowBlinds supports so much more than Xp does by default! And it all looks sweet when its done properly), or did <Insert Name of WindowBlinds porter> do that already? Hmmm...

I'd love to see the WB skin!

(1) Entries cannot have been previously uploaded elsewhere. After the contest is over, contestants are free to submit their skins anywhere they choose (and in fact, are encouraged to do so).

(2)Entries must be new content overall. They will go through moderation and the moderators will make a judgement call on that. What that means is that we're not expecting every piece to have every single element done from scratch. There's just not enough time. This is particularly true of the icons. One month is not a lot of time to do a fully new icon set. So icon authors can make use of their existing graphics design libraries but they must be generaly new (i.e. you can't just reupload something you've made in the past or just recolorize something you've uploaded in the past, it has to be generally new content).

i agree, the theme is great but i would prefer a different font like tahoma...its been mentioned a few times.

i am new to using themes but so far this seems to be one of the best ones around including a few others on the board. great work :)

Well unless I screwed it up really badly, there should be two styles in the msstyles file.

To select the thin one, right click and choose Properties, then select the Appearance tab. In the first dropdown menu you'll find "LunaVX", and once you choose that, in the second one there'll be "Luna VX" and "Luna VX - Thin".

If you want that to be the default when you apply the theme, resave the theme to the LunaVX.theme file (I set the non-thin one as default).

Beautiful VS.

The bold font is OK for start menu, windows menu. But looks weird in Windows Explorer and Firefox (tabs + bookmark bar).

Can you please consider another variation with a more traditional font?
